Due to continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Engineer to work closely with the Business Development Director in the generation of business with new and existing clients.
The role will involve dealing with clients initial enquiries, analysing their requirements and specifications, estimating, preparing tenders and quotes and carrying out presentation to customers and group management.
The successful candidate will have a recognised relevant engineering qualification ideally to either HND or degree standard. A proven track record of working in a customer focussed role is essential and candidates will have worked in a similar role in the past and be used to dealing with clients both face to face and on the phone. Previous experience of creating tenders and quotations together with estimating material and labour requirements is also preferable.
The role will be based in Burton but will involve frequent travel both in the UK and overseas. In return the company offer a very competitive package.
