Job Description
Located in Duffield, we have an exciting opportunities for experienced Customer Service Consultants. Working in the contact centre for a leading Building Society you will act as the first point of contact for customers when they call. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective handling of customer enquiries across a range of products and services and also generating referrals for potential new business by securing appointments.

The successful candidate will have a proven work history in retail or customer service along with call centre experience. You will be educated to at least GCSE grade C in Maths and English and have a professional approach to work.

This role is targeted and measured on the number and type of appointments generated and so experience of working towards targeted sales is essential.Candidates with CCJs or payment defaults will not be considered.
