Job Description
You will be required to manage a range of counter services and deal with customer transactions and requests promptly and effectively. Responsible for providing all customers with a great customer experience when they visit the branch by engaging them in conversation and displaying a genuine interest in their needs.

You will need to identify opportunities for new business during customer interactions and encourage customers to book follow-on appointments.

You must have Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at Grade C or above. Previous Retail/Customer Facing experience is essential as is experience of working towards targeted sales. Cash Handling experience would be beneficial. Candidates with CCJs or payment defaults will not be considered.

Positions currently available in Claycross, West Bridgford, Alvaston, Burton on Trent and Swadlincote.
